Using only the freshest of local produce, Chef Michael O'Sullivan prepares the best of Irish cuisine from the land and sea. Each restaurant serves both à la carte and table d'hote menus featuring seafood as a speciality. A well stocked wine cellar and friendly professional service complete the dining experience.

Private dining is available in the Fermoy Suite, overlooking the Kerry Mountains. The suite boasts a patio area and full bar.
